The International Island Classic, traditionally held on the Australia day long weekend at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit has been postponed.

Boasting a 27-year history of sensational historic bike racing, the International Island Classic attracts competitors, their legendary historic bikes, and crowds of race lovers to Phillip Island from around the world.

Although COVID conditions in Australia are improving, the decision has been made not to run the event in the early part of 2022.

David Bennett, General Manager Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit:

“We had hoped we would see the Island Classic return in the traditional timeslot in 2022, but we will continue to look at what alternative options may exist later in the year”
